A low carbon Diet

A low Carbon Diet!- Whether these are used by school children learning about climate change and carbon footprints, or as a demonstration for employees in a business promoting sustainable living, the Carbon Weight workout allows for a very effective and physical demonstration of carbon savings. Hand-held weights, accompanied by packs of ‘Carbon Cards’ highlight the amount of carbon saved by different individual actions.  Two sets have been designed to cover a wide audience. Download here.

Aimed at all ages, these world maps offer a great way of highlighting an issue which is often forgotten about, and the importance of considering locally produced products as a way of reducing you carbon footprint.
